| Re: Conger from boat You want to be looking for features like wrecks, rocks or reefs. You need to fish on the edge of any of these areas, other areas are deep gulleys these marks should produce congers, you could always ground bait in the gulleys eg tie an onion sack full of mashed mackerel and any other head and guts you have on the anchor, that usually gets the conger going if they are there     |
