Launch Sites in Kent

Hi, I'm looking to launch a 14ft dinghy in the Dover, Folkestone, and Hythe area, but cannot find a suitable place, can anyone please help?

there is a ramp in folkestone harbour i have seen anglers lauching their boats from and also one in hythe by the marine hotel,

you cant miss it, its at the western end of princess parade,just as the road leaves the sea wall
