| Re: Boat Fishing Easter Sun Thanks lads for the good wishes but it was all of no avail. We arrived at rhoss on sea only to find that we had to register before we could launch. We obtained a registration form there and then. On looking at it, they wanted £20 registraton fee plus £90 seasonal launching permit plus £17 to launch. If I was to use the boat once a week for 6months it would cost me £425 plus my bait plus fuel for the boat plus fuel for the car. Well Im sorry but they can go and suck eggs. Where does the money go? to the local council I suppose. Im 65 this year and I can smell a rip off. I intend to find a private slipway and pay the owner a fair and reasonable price to use his or her facility. Failing that I will not fish welsh waters ever again. I disgruntled, fed up and pissed off. |
