What is this new " Boat Bond " about?

Hi,

I have just received my copy of the sea angling news (March issue) and wondered if anyone knew what the advertisement on the back page is all about. I have registered with them for further information and have been told that the details will be released shortly. I have been told that their company will have up to date and well equipped angling vessels around the UK coastline and also other parts of Europe and the system will enable us to fish from any of their vessels at really affordable prices. Does anyone else know any more information about this??????????
