Right chaps....I'm going fishing in Gambia on Monday, for a week with ten of my pals, and what I want to know is.....can I enter these fish for the species hunt???????

And....

could I also enter into the February Fish of the month???...if I catch owt decent that is....maybe a 60lb. sand shark, or a 30lb. captain fish, or even a 50lb stingray...

I really can't understand what you are going to the Gambia for Paul? You won't catch many Cod there. Only those nuisance species that you mentioned & they wont even count for the species hunt.
