Re: bristol channel

The good news : I have Friday off work!

The bad news : I have to fit my new kitchen, assisted by the Father-in-law.

Can you say "I know where I'd rather be....."

Best 'o luck matey....

Re: bristol channel

Dave,

Reckon you would be better off trying Sand Point at Weston or Ladye Bay in Clevedon because then you can fish it up and over and for a good few hours. New Passage is a Ht mark only and gets packed and I believe Blue Anchor is Ht only as well - really depends how long you want to fish.

Also a major factor is that its not a big tide - you need decent sized tides for New Passage etc. so I think the two above are def. your best bet.

Sand Point very rocky and muddy over low water - Ladye Bay all sand and a lot easier. Both have plenty of room mate so go for it and I hope you manage a codling of any size !!

If I can join youll Ill Pm you but I think work will be a little too busy.
