lanzarote fishing

i am off to lanzarote to 2 weeks on the 2nd of july
and i aint gonna miss an opertunity like this
have just ordered a shimano exage travel spinning rod to put in the case along with a spinning reel i already have
was thinking on taking some floats and spinners, aint sure about the bottom fishing gear
any tips on what to take and what i am likely to catch would be great

Ben your life is one long Holiday ,you jammy git (i m not jealous honest)

If i were you mate i d take some very light gear,i whip and some pole floats will give you loads of fun off the rocks with a loaf of bread.
Most of the fish were very small whan i was out there,lots of bream and wrasse and other fish i d never seen

Got a 4m whip you can borrow if you want.

did you not just get back from italy ben ? i thought i was bad going off to all different places ,you go enjoy and catch lots of fish as for gear to take i not got a clue on what you should take .

hi mate when i went to ibiza a couple of years ago i went fishing there of the rocks and there was hundreds of fish but they were hard to catch we just used float fished bread and we did put a few out in the end great fun on a lite telescopic rod mate, so good luck mate
