Gillingham kent

Hi folks
hoping to get out for a couple of afternoons but have to use public
transport Ive heard people mention Gillingham pier ( kent) is this fishable
at anytime or does this dry out.

hello bert,i'm not an expert on gillingham pier,i do know it is a good mullet spot this time of year,
to be honest,if you are resricted to public transport i would stay on the train and go to dover,much better fishing and plenty of options (3 piers and some beach ),
the lads from sussex may be able to suggest somewhere down their way that might be accessible by public transport.
wherever you go mate,best of luck

you could always get the train to deal and fish the pier, it's too much of a walk either.
