Nothing ?

i went to western shore yesterday , someone ( with a 2 hooked paternoster ) caught 2 flounders in one go , he said one of them is about 2 lb he put them back . i didnt catch anything that day ether . just dont know why i am not catching anything ?

i had the same thing for about 8months and then it just clicked and i started catching, pay attention to what people say on here and things will come together, what bait did you have?

i had ragworm , a bit of squid , had mackeral didnt use it . just mainly ragworm ( a man said to fish of the point )

this time of the year its only worth taking rag around here during the day, a tiny bit of squid if you really want it but its not worth it alot of the time
try using a flat lead and wind in afew feet every couple of minutes

ill use a running ledger too . and i saw a dead flounder .. ( it had no eyes )

and it had a hole in it ? maybe it got bitten by a bream ? cant imagine it they dont come often now , i was using a paternoster , 2 hooks both with ragworm ..

was it a diamond shaped hole?
what will have happened will be a herron will have caught it, tried eating when it was too big and left it
