Getting out and about....

I though I try a bit further a field in the new year and go after some cod. Would be delighted if anyones up for it to make it a bit of a forum session.....

I was thinking about Dunster, Blue anchor maybe lower light at Burnham or even the famous Chesil beach.

Plans are for mid Jan (To get xmas and new year over and done with, and to give my missus plenty of notice!) one night around 20th/21st/22nd.

From looking at the Tides freeware program, Bristol (Closest port) has an 11m high at 10:30pm on Fri 20th, so I guess Minehead, Blue anchor way will be about an hour before that? Can anyone confirm please?

So anyone up for it? Any suggestions as to where might be best to fish? Can anyone provide a more accurate tide prediction?

Rich.
