Challaborough Bay / Bigbury-on-Sea

I've just bought a mobile home in Challaborough Bay, S Devon. Can anyone give me some advice on good marks nearby and what species to target? The site I'm on has it's own angling club so I should get some advice when I start going regularly but if anyone can give me their thoughts before then I can get some rigs made up before my first trip next month. Should also get to try some boat fishing for the first time when I get down there.

Carlton, thanks a lot for the advice. What sort of species am I likely to get from the rocks then?
