Fishing Trebarwith this W'end - Any advice appreciated

Hi

Am new to Sea Fishing after getting the bug on a couple of holidays to Cornwall, am going this weekend to Trebartwith (Tintagel) and don't know which bait to use to target which fish (I'm hoping that Sandeel will still work for Bass) I'll be fishing both the beach (low-tide) and headland (high-tide). Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
