Bass rods

Hi all.

Been looking for a bass rod with a casting weight of 2-4oz. Must be suitable for mulitplier reels and quite cheap - around 40 quid.

Any idea's?

Cheers

Re: Bass rods

I got a Daiwa longbeam bass rod £45 casts 1-4 oz 11ft long very light.

Best of all it caught a 4.5lb bass on its very first cast. So it must be good.

Re: Bass rods

i used my small multiplier on my bass rod once and it was kickass until the reel disintergrated with age. but pretty much any bass rod should be ok as long as the multiplier aint 2 big.
