Bass rods Hi all. Been looking for a bass rod with a casting weight of 2-4oz. Must be suitable for mulitplier reels and quite cheap - around 40 quid. Any idea's? Cheers __________________ Dan `·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸ Big or small, look after them all! ¸.·´¯`·.¸ ><((((º>

Re: Bass rods I got a Daiwa longbeam bass rod £45 casts 1-4 oz 11ft long very light. Best of all it caught a 4.5lb bass on its very first cast. So it must be good. __________________ The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom. There is no such idea that cannot be improved by the imput of other people.

Re: Bass rods i used my small multiplier on my bass rod once and it was kickass until the reel disintergrated with age. but pretty much any bass rod should be ok as long as the multiplier aint 2 big. __________________ One day, possibly some day soon ill catch that big Bass, and when i do ill cook it for all but you.
