Re: idea on fishing times You can also check here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/coast_and_sea/ Welcome to the forum. The general practice is to fish 2 hours up to high tide and 2 hours down, but some marks fish differently depending on location. EDIT: Just re-read your question and it may be restrictions due to holidaymakers and donkey rides on the beach you mean? If that's the case then I have no idea ![]()

Re: idea on fishing times Well from what I remember that is a very shallow beach and the tide goes out for miles and I could be wrong but I think it's only good for Flukes anyway - although I think you might find an occasional Mullet too![]() Have a look here http://www.seafishinginthenwest.smar...s/gynnwall.htm

Re: idea on fishing times evenings are usually the best bet .. both 4 AND 2 legged donkeys should leave you in peace then. As Rob suggests , 2 hours either side of high tide is the standard practice but this can vary from venue to venue. welcome along anyhoo ![]() __________________ Shore Species 2012: Dab-Flounder-Herring-L.S.Dogfish-Pouting-Shore Rockling-5 Bearded Rockling-Small Eyed Ray-Turbot-Whiting
