Well the only day time fish worth targetting at the moment are the Plaice and flounders.
If you want to fish low tide up then i would give st georges rd a bash infront of the bus shelter, you wont bag up but its better then anywhere else.
Low tide is not a good time to fish most of the hants marks as they tend to be shallow, give it a few hours up and you will do better.

Re: hampshire beach fishing

Hi,

The only productive low water mark I know in Hampshire is the Victoria pier area in Old Portsmouth. The water is very deep here even at low tide due to the shipping channel. You can also fish a little further up at western end of Clarence. Both these places are better at low water and you should start getting a few small bass. The tide is very fierce here so mark sure you have a least a 6oz breakout leads.

Cheers,
James
