| Anyone know of a "good but cheap" tent/shelter suited mainly for beach fishing? I not in need of an all singing all dancing affair, wanting one is another matter. Just something to do the job (keep wind and maybe even rain off) and pref packs small and light and easy to put/pack up. Cost is an issue as always of course, says he who also feeling a sudden urge to buy a Floatation Suit too! ![]() . o O {Would it look out of place if I buy my daughter a Wendy House for her birthday next month, and borrow that... __________________ -- Bart Rank : Rod Rattling Rookie! | Re: Shelter/Tent Advice please. Looks like I better start saving some more pennies! Or wait and see what Santa brings me. Have not heard a bad word on the RT BB, only very good reviews and ratings. How are they space wise, I'm a tall'ish skinny little runt, so 2nd person/guest space too? ![]() More imporantantly, being a foot traveller, approx weight and size when packed? | Re: Shelter/Tent Advice please. Had a RT shelter, it was good quality and never let me down. Im 6 ft and it was quite comfy although a little tight when another person was added plus gear, came in its own cary bag and was not to heavy. I found it a tad annoying to put up though because the front flap could have been made simpler but dont let that put you off....I find tying my shoes difficult lol (must have two left hands lol) Joe __________________ Sea 2012- 5brd rockling, whiting, LS Dogfish,Bass,Eel,Flounder F/W 2012- Catfish(16.5lb), Carp,Tench LITTER IS JUST LAZINESS!! |
