poole harbour dorset

hubby and my bro are escaping the shackles of married life on monday to go fishing. i was given the chance of going with them. but didnt fancy wandering around all day (on my own) or should i say with the dog, so couldnt do any quality retail therapy.
so hes slipping the ball and chain and will be off for the day. (im a good wife u know lol)
so was wondering what is the catch report for around there. they will be in a boat

so while hubbys out drowning worms. ill be SHOPPING in our local shopping mall and maybe lunch with a mate in a local pub

.. are they booked on a charter out of Poole ?
Plaice seem to be the main target along the Dorset coast at the minute .

Noo Steve.

The Cod are showing off the Poole wrecks now. Only another week or so and they will be down towards Portland.

I can't understand why you would miss the opportunity to come to lovely Dorset, Fishing Widow. We might not have super malls, but we have the life!! I love it.

Cod on the wrecks ?? bout 2 months early i reckon

yeah, and now the bypass has opened you can even get to Weymouth from Dorchester in less than an hour lol

Nope it is even worse today. Every man and his tractor wanted to try out the new road today.

Ye the Cod are in really early, just like the Plaice. No idea what is going on.

good, that used to be the slowest 7 mile anywhere in the uk since they sorted the A 31 through ringwood
