Aldebugh/orford Beach fishing

as cod season is suposidly coming and a few people have said there bitting early i was going to give it a try on the beach down the shingle. anyone been there lately or thinking of going? this is what its like for people that havnt fished there before..

best place i find is by the grones mate great fishing black lug with squid tip works well

and when u get hungry head into the town. best chippy ever there. fantastic cod and chips. we go from essex to there just for some lunch :)
