| North East catch reports Quick update in fishing around the Blyth area. Monday 24th January, 18lb cod caught off the pier. The lad ended walking alround the pier to beach it succesfully. I ended up with 5 fish for about 17-18lb weight, biggest one 6lb. Cambois beach and whitlet bay have produced nice quantities of fish with all the rough weather we have been having lately. Approximately 500lb of cod was caught in the Tsunami fishing competition last Saturday. |
