hi all iam new to this and iam starting back up sea fishing.
just wanted to no what size of hooks do you fish on at blackpool off the wall and fleetwood

Welcome along mate !

I would suggest its the same wherever you fish in the U.K and the important factors are what your likely to catch ( or even target ) and what bait you are using ..

If i was to fish the wall i would employ 2 rods - 1 with a 2 hook rig filled with ragworm or lug fished on size 2 hooks - basically to winkle out mixed species..
as the bait is small you wont mask the hook point - 2 4inch rag or a couple of plump lugworm on each hook tipped with a sliver of squid or fish .
On the other rod i would fish peeler crab or sandeel on a size 3/0 wide gaped hook to target the biger species ie. bass,rays or smoothounds ..
Look for my thread on here that explains bait and hook sizes and you won't go wrong ! ( i hope )
