That picture you've shown there is of a 5-bearded rockling.

When the barbules are wet they look like spines and face back towards the tail.....definately a Rockling mate....no doubt about it.

I caught a monster way back in the Autumn at the Brixham meet.

It should be in the photos Gallery somewhere, i think Simon Torbay Fishing took the picture.
