5th in the winter league!

its been several months since my last confession, but i havnt given up as i thought i might having been quite disheartened by the poor results off shore, but i instead i found that when theres nought about it doesnt matter what you catch as long as you cant something when it comes to comps and club matches, a small rockling getting me on the table at one open, and a couple of good sized doggies notching me up my clubs league table, putting me to date well above several old hands , only managing to get out twice a month aat the moment once with the club and once as a pleasure fish and i cannot get enough of it, and ive been doing it a year now!incredible i really thought id of packed it in by now,where are all the fish?last weekend saw 10 hours of my life go withg out a bite at st audreys bay, and the same could be said for the other 3 guys that were with me....the missus keeps on griping about how much i spend on gear and bait and aint putting 0 on the plate, but i see now my initial reasoning for taking up the sport is questionable, and instead its the challenge and my competetive nature that is being satisfied,off to bossington for a 7 hour match this saturday, narrowly avoiding (with a bit of flack)a family wedding eek, i know where id rather be and the decision is made, have a nice day love! a smoothhound bashing we go, at least i hope,im yet to catch one , infact im yet to catch many new fish, so im gonna just keep trying till i do, and if i dont catch well? im already on my way to an amazing tan, i dont have to go shopping,do house work or be sat nudging my 15 year old daughter through her acres of gcse homework and revision.....come on a guys aloud a day off, wish me luck guys, hoping the next post will have picture of me and one big muva of a hound attached.
