| Re: Shore fishing with nets? There are a number of retailers online that do netting. It has to be soft and supple. I think the brailles on my main net are 90lb. Paracord is already sheathed so it would add too much bulk I reckon. My main net doesn't have the brailles covered at all. As for the stones, I think that's a very good idea, and I'm certain that's what people in other countires who use them for a living actually do. The trick would be finding stones of roughly the same size and weight of course. The handline has to be sizeable enough that it's not going to cut your hand if you are lucky enough to fill your net. Mine has 30ft of yacht type cord set into a heavy duty swivel attached to the brailles and with a spliced loop end to secure around your wrist __________________ I am in shape. ROUND is a shape! |
