| groyne 30 hayling hi all . here every one keep talking about the groyne no30 ??? are the groynes numberd ? were is groyne 30 ? do you fish to the left or right ? or just in around that area ? any info welcome .................     |

| Re: groyne 30 hayling The groynes are located at Eastoke and yes they are numbered, decreasing in number as you head east. Have a look at the smutt meet 2010 thread, Gremlin has added a map of Hayling on and you can see their location on that. Fish anywhere along there, everyone has their own favourite spot! |

| Re: groyne 30 hayling thanks guys . i used to fish it in my younger days , when i was match fishing . won a few matches from the 3 groyne along from the east of the main car park . did not realises the groynes had numbers . whats it like the further east you go from there . ill be along that stretch next . tue 30 and wed 31 . if any one around down there |

| Re: groyne 30 hayling You can drive on down Southwood Rd and access the lower numbers and rock groynes. The closer you get to Chi Harbour entrance, the more tide there is. There's a Council Car Park about halfway down on the sea side.  |

| Re: groyne 30 hayling i got mine up fine . i was down in groyne 20 . went to east beach selsey today , wind was of my back . but sea was well up . never even had a touch . still try bognor pier tomorrow . |

| Re: groyne 30 hayling Groyne 30 around the right area. We fished a groyne very close by all summer (june sept) in 2009 and we had 15 bass up to 10lb 2 2 thorn back rays load of smut up to 9lb 1 gurnard 2 cod whiting pout dog fish and mackerel |
