Re: bait pumps

hi there, baker boy here just started pumping, damm better than digging, if you can get the stainless 22mm bore. either go ontop of cast push down pump and pull handle up, if after 3 rd go no worm move onto next cast, also u can find cast and blow hole go in at a slight angle to cast or hole and draw handle up again 3 goes then move on, on my 1st outing 1 1/2 hrs got about 30/40 blacks, still learning, but that was what i was told by a exp bait pumper, hope this helps.

Re: bait pumps

well done spirit42 for getting out there and pumpin your own, i found it even more satisfieing ,when u finally catch a fish with worms that u got yourself, also look for very low tides below 1m gives lots more time out there in the sand,

happy pumping

Have always tried to dig me own but this method is by far better. Yes you are right. the most satisfying moment is when you have a sizable fish in your bag caught on the rig you tied and the bait you dug/pumped. Tight lines mate and glad I took your advice
