Re: By the lamp light or the silvery moon There are a lot more people going towards electric i have noticed. I have got a new electric lamp now, bought it from millets red ring is the make. Plenty of light off it as i bought the double bulb, and you can even charge it from a car cigarette lighter. The down side is it doesnt get hot so i cant heat me pies on it anymore.

Re: By the lamp light or the silvery moon If its anything like the one I had, it was next to useless. I had the Coleman twin flourescent tube model that could have one or both on. It wasn't bright, the rechargeable battery wore out quick. What one have you got Planky? Have you used it yet? __________________ Come on you Irons

Re: By the lamp light or the silvery moon Wellyfish, does yours have an automatic igniter? If not, is it easy to light? Delboy, is the ignition electronic? How does it keep breaking? When it breaks is it easy to light manually? __________________ Come on you Irons

Re: By the lamp light or the silvery moon sticky the ignitor seems to crack as its only made of plastic i super glued mine back together but spoke to my supplier and he has had loads back but coleman just send out another so seems there is a problem at the moment but since i superglued it its been fine but looks like its over heating. you can light it with a match through a small hole at the bootom of the mantel ,even with the problem ive had i would not be without it but i only take it incase my genny fails and to keep hands warm if its a cold night __________________ He who dares wins!!!!!! www.norfolkoi.co.uk (koi carp importers) Rollesby angling centre (Norfolk)15% discount for all forum members(no discount on bait)
