first time beach fishing in widemouth bay bude

hi going fishing widmouth bay in bude and just wanted 2 no what bait and rigs would be best 2 use and whats the fishing like down ther going 1st aug

Sorry lads never fished it, but I think it had a lot of surfers during the day.
You may well be restricted to evenings & nights. Hopefully someone will give you some more up to date info soon. Probably some bass about , they tend to like the board riders.

not yet but me mate jumped off it 4 a bet lol

yep was he on a bungy what did he catchfished that about 15 years ago hard work pulling 12lb cod up dont think anyone can fish there now to those who dont know runcorn bridge has a drop of over 200 ft to the water

its a flat surf beach , know other local beaches are known for the ray and bass
