| Weymouth First of all, Hi to one and all, very enjoyable reading on here. Fished mostly the beach in the past [over 20 yrs ago] and now have the time to get back into it. I was down at Weymouth today and apart from kids catching tiddlers and this crab ![]() http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2429/...6ebc8c6f_o.jpg the odd mackie here and there, no one seemed to be in luck. The best catch was from this black-backed gull............. ![]() http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3603/...0219e1a3_o.jpg bri Last edited by Fishing Forum Admin; 06-25-2009 at 05:57 AM. |

| Re: Weymouth Greenheart and Richard.......seems like a great site.I am only interested in the salty angling side of things, boat, pier or beach. A guy at the local boot sale who sells bait, also sells a bit of kit. He has a carp rod (12') £15 and a reel for a tenner. At that price if its a duff I could always bin it. Tempted but I am concerned that it might be from China and I vowed last year not to purchase anything from that country again [cost me a lot of money last year] he's called baitmaster and seems like a genuine fella. bri |
