hi all , has anybody got any tips on what type of baits to use for fishing of babbacombe pier thanks barrie .

I knew it quite well a couple of years ago, locals used macky strips for float rigs, otherwise all the usual baits, I used to use a single long flowing trace with shell fish, peeler or lug/rag depending on what was available, I seem to remember quite few snags if my memory serves me right. I also remember trying to drive the car back up that steep hill in icy weather, but thats another story.
