Re: pagham beach Hi Gremilin, I'm thinking of poping over to Pagham on thursday or friday to catch the early tide. I've heard it can be quite popular, I'm not into pendulum dodging so I'll give it a miss if it's likely to be crowded. Do you think it's worth the trip or should i stay in bed?

Re: pagham beach having heard some good reports of some early fish i fished there last night and being as it was a nice time tide i expected it to be busier then what it was....so id imagine you would be fine over there on an early morning tide plus theres plenty of beach to fish from....either walk west towards the groynes or walk east towards the boats either end will fish ok if the fish are there. good luck.

Re: pagham beach at the mo there about 3/4 of a pound is the biggest so far. peeler and softbackcrab caught me y bass. the big bream will go for that as well. if you go to langston or hayling island hour before low tide in the harbour you can find loads of crab

Hi All, Rather than repost a thread for this beach i thought it may be better to kinda hi jack it as not to repost the same old request?? I am visiting Pagham (Haven Church Farm) and i am planning on a couple of days fishing in Pagham. "Basically" i did a lot of fishing back in the 80's & 90's All England, Folkestone pier festivals dover with my late father. I purchased a few rods reels etc and tend to head for the shore once a year or so... Anyway, im coming to Pagham from August 22nd for a week and have spoken to Paul from aldwickfishing and looking to fish the beach.. As an "out of towner" my knowledge of Pagham is 0%, i wondered if you could give me any hints tips etc as i can't even find the tide times for W/C 21st. Traces, best locations, parking, times, bait, i have 2 kids and it would be nice to spend a day with them on the beach whilst fishing and showing them the ropes.. Id appreciate any response as i am really looking forward to this one as i heard Smoothies n Makerel are about? Thanks Stuart
