| Winchelsea beach Hi all, hoping for some advice from those in the South East. Has anyone ever fished Winchelsea Beach in the summer? The planned trip to the South west has been scuppered by the week booked having no high water during the hours of darkness. cannot change the dates so am looking to move location 5 hours eastwards to follow the tide & have found a wobbly box by the sea. I cannot seem to find many catch reports (just 1 about pumping lug & complaining about weed). I have googled it and seen lots of pictures of Groynes or wooden posts dotted all over the place. So my main question is... Is it worth fishing there? Thanks for any help __________________ Spahill <:--- --- --- --- It was this big --- --- --- ---:> |

| Re: Winchelsea beach have fished it a couple of times and each time i caught eels and schoolies,i thought it was a nice spot to fish although in my opinion the groynes were a little too close to each other |
