i use toby style

for lb line it depends on size of spinner and venue

i normally use an 18g toby and 10lb line

cheers for advice, was maybe thinking of somewhere like bournemouth pier to try, my son has a spinning kit as well so could take him.

i have loads of tobys, up to 28g, i take it you mean the abu spoons.

do i need to use wire trace or just tie toby straight on??

what sort of fish would you expect to catch, and is it worth trying now??

catch mackerel mainly but can pick up lots of species

like gar, pollack, bass, sea trout

they are starting to come in now but it will be better to wait till may really

ye it can but dont catch as many as off piers etc

best weather i think is flat calm n sunny
