does anyone on here use a 4wheel drive on the beach if so which ones seem the best to use i have been looking at the suzuki vitara lwb any other suggestions

For offroad use ya cant beat a defender mate, not much use for extended road use though.

all sorted mate i managed to get myself a suzuki 4x4 lwb and so far it has done and gone everwhere i wanted great on the beach will be there tomorrow fishing somewhere. thanks for asking

landrover defenders are brilient, want 1 as my 1st car but i dont spose they that good to learn in

i only use the 4x4 to go on the beach and get me to and from work any other longer journeys i use my other car

what about the 'toyota hi-lux' indestructable, well seems to be after what the 'top gear' team did to one

crushed it into a tree and a brick wall
dropped a caravan and a wrecking ball on it
submerged it in salt water for about 4 hrs
set it alight

and it still would not die

how many other 4x4 could survive that treatment

good point about the toyota but you are gonna look better in a defender
