Where is Chit Ledge?

Hi chaps, can anyone tell me where "chit ledge" is situated?
This mark was mentioned on another site with reference to Huss and it was this that caught my attention.

chit ledge is the rock spur the comes out from the bottom of jacobs ladder sidmouth between the main beach and jacobs beach

its a tackle graveyard but can produce for the brave
