Gear is sorted - well I looked at it and said that will do

Sandwiches made - bloody cheese again

Maps printed - must remember to leave them on the side board

Old Smoothound will be meeting me at 7am at the bristol services and we will have a gentle drive down to the seaside

Really looking forward to seeing ya all and getting some fresh air

great what time do you expect to be there rich? me and my friend are going he will have live eels. but pls remember guys he is a farmer!! tight as a ducks.... so dont expect him to share them. i dont and im fishing with him! i brought my brand new floatation suit today sundridge sas mk11 so i will be seen clearly like simon.

also i have macky sprats possible i could have some prawns too cant be doing with worms and things they are messy (i will regret that when someone catches a big flattie!) also i have heard that in the past plaice from the breakwater have been caught upto 5lb's! ive only ever seen ppl macky bashin up there but with all the gear and baits we have could be interesting.

im only macky bashin may do some mullet bashin too and if i get a few small pout they go out as live bait

i havent brought a camera i aint got one! other than my mobile phone.
but however simon has one and i will be catching that many fish i will make him chief picture taker im taking 4 rods...so simon is not alone mullet rod carp rod 2 bottom rods

heard of any flatties caught out there simon?

Well i have done my pennance for going fishing tomorrow. Been shopping.

Have spent the last 2 hours making sure that i have as many rods as Simon actually looking at it i think i have enough to go around the whole breakwater!! Ziplexx 4500 oh she's beauty!!

Maps packed, bait in the fridge and freezer hope i don't leave it behind... only joking Richard! Enough rigs tied now to last the day loads of leads in diff sizes, Nimues Rods and Reels, Kiwi Marty's trial rod and reel, some saltwater flies.... just in case... for what i don't know.

Sarnies made, yup cheese! Digi Camera to take pics of the froum peeps when they're catching more than me.... knife, pliers chopping board etc etc etc...

Meeting the proffessor at 7.00am at the services or was it 7.30am.. nope think it was 7.00am!

Now to get some sleep.
