Re: deal and dover pier ???

hello mate, the parking in dover and deal is good for all the piers, pay and display obviously but let me know where you are going and i will give you instructions on how to get there
september is a very good month for big bass and you stand a good chance of a sole as well, doggies seem to be ever present these days and never rule out the whiting putting in an apperance at the end of the month

Re: deal and dover pier ???

At Deal there's a pay & display carpark a couple of minutes walk away just down the street across the road (I think it's call Queen Street) from the pier. I've never had a problem getting a space and it's pretty cheap - from memory something like 50p for two hours.

Re: deal and dover pier ???

Another good tip for Deal is Deb's cafe across the road from the pier. Last year the full breakfast which included fruit juice, toast and a pot of tea or coffee was £4.50. It has large glass windows which overlook the pier and the Channel.
