Re: Having a Devon meet Ok, to make sure all tournaments are out the way how about 2nd october (Saturday) on Brixham Breakwater. If enough want to charter next time we can but on the first instance it's probably best to see how many turn out and then decide a future one. I didn't think so many would come from outside Devon so does anyone want me to enquire about B&B near the breakwater? High tide is 8am and 8pm but to be honest fishing either side of low tide brings in the results for me (2pm low tide). If we met up at about 11am it gives people plenty of time in bed :) I have an excellent friendship with a tackle shop in Torquay so I could bring as much as is needed. More details of the breakwater can be found on my site: http://www.torbayfishing.com/guide-b...breakwater.htm __________________ Simon "4 Rods" TorbayFishing.Com - Beginners guide to sea fishing, news, reviews & more!

Re: Having a Devon meet not meaning to be a pain kiwi or simon but im fairly sure the dartmouth festival will be very close to the 2nd of oct i think it runs the 2nd until the 5th its something like that although you shouldnt have a problem in finding space on the breakwater __________________ fishing for fish is not as simple as you may think!

Re: Having a Devon meet Probably to our advantage, maybe less people on the breakwater :) I still think the 2nd October is a good date. I'll make a new post. __________________ Simon "4 Rods" TorbayFishing.Com - Beginners guide to sea fishing, news, reviews & more!
