3 bass !!!

i think im finaly getting the hang of this fishing idear
went fishing thismorning and caught 3 bass,(i recon theywere almost up to your standard andyg) each was only about 10 cm long but they are still bass
these were what was taking my bait last time but i tryed smaller hooks and smaller baits and iit worked
i caught 2 of them on rag but then ran out and caught the last on a set of macky lures
there were 1000s of them feeding on little fry and an inche long, 100s of sea guls as well
could have spent ages down there but lost the macky rig which i had with me and i have to go to work

Nice one Ben! See, you're learning all the time - if the fish are pinching your bait go down in hook size and use smaller baits. Try using worm baits and use just enough to cover the hook, but don't cover the point. ALWAYS CARRY A FEW SETS OF FEATHERS IN CASE YOU LOSE SOME!!!!

If you are serious about joining the forum boat crew you'll be up there with the leaders for sure. I just wish I could do as much fishing as you, you lucky chap!
