Wink Jellie Worms / Bait

I have been told that jellie worms are very good for a lot of fish including makeral and bass - are they meant to be as good as real bait like crab and sandeel ?

Only ask cause a mate prefers to use spinners and jellie worms for bass and makeral rather than the traditional sandeel etc.

Re: Jellie Worms / Bait

If you are drifting in a boat Firetail jelly worms are killers for pollack cod and bass Fish them flying collar rig on 10-14ft trace on 30lb amnesia with 6/0-7/0 aberdeen hook If they are there you will catch. We took 140 bass last year and most of them fell to firetails and pirks.
