| Re: bait for bass no they dont like suasage .. dont use smoked bacon .. use just bacon .. today , there was some people crab fishing and they pulled up a huge bass , very big . and they are eating it tonight .     |

| Re: bait for bass these are my favourite baits from the shore- crabs good, especially on rocks. you need fine bait elastic though. rag and lugs good for schoolies. live pout, slugs, goby, whiting, etc for the bigger specimens. from the boat- you can't beat live sandeel and joeys, or artificials (redgills, jelly worms, etc) |

| Re: bait for bass dont worry about the bait , go for the hooks , get a mustad ultimate bass hook size 2 ( roughly ) .. and put some ragworm , or lipmet on it .. |
