Hi, At this time off year try a night session, fishwell is spot on and if you can fish a rock mark with a friend are so, safety 1st mate always. Start with the beach just to get used to casting a lead etc and take it from there. My favourite bait for bass is live peeler but as fishwell advised try rag for now or any off the above. Paul. Stud.
