Carbis Bay Bass

Hi everyone,

After many years of being an avid Carp angler I have somewhat been out of the game, I'm taking a break to Carbis bay for the last week of May 2009. Can anyone from the area or who has fished there previously let me know what the beach fishing is like for Bass? Or alternatively let me know any good positions around the area that produce?

If anyone can help I'd like to find out about the following:

Is the fishing from the beach any good?

What size should I return in Lbs?

What's the best times i.e early morning 5-7 or evening?

How long to cast out from the beach?

Best Bait?

Best rigs? Can you use roughly the same as older carp rigs?

Many thanks in advance for any replies.

Catch up soon
