River Ribble Day Tickets - Where to go?

Hi all, first post here!

I am looking to visit the Ribble for a day over the next couple of week and wondered is anyone knew the best day ticket stretches for Barbel and Chub.
It's may years since I fished the Ribble, I used to fish the Tickle Trout stretch, but always found this a bit too shallow in normal conditions, there's also the Bonzai Nursery stretch, what's this like, and what time can you fish from, any details on any other stretched worth visiting would be appreciated.
