| Re: River Rod Pod I never fish with more than one rod for Barbel, because If I am not touch ledgering anyway (so making 2 rods impossible), I prefer concentrating 100% on one rod rather than share 50% of my time on each rod; also one rod in exactly the right spot is worth more than 2 rods in 'almost' the right spot. But it depends on the individuals preferences. I have lost count of the number of Barbel that have tried to take my rod off the rodrest but would probably have succeeded if I had used two rods. ![]() __________________ My Web Site (The Average Coarse Angler) Happiness is Fish Shaped (It used to be woman shaped but the wifes getting on a bit now) |

| Re: River Rod Pod Hi there, Trafford Angling in Manchester do a very good river pod for Barbel which I believe has been reviewed on BFW but if you give them a call on 0161 864 1211 (ask for Dave) I think that you may find that there is a Mk2 version about to be released. Cheers Danny |
