| Re: my first barbel Nice catch, Barbel are wonderful fish. looks in fairly fine health even though it wasn't caught from a river. Did it fight well? Doesn't seem to have much colouring though, are all of them that insipid colour or is it just the light?. It's muscles dont seem as developed as the ones we catch in our rivers either.
