Good marks between Swanage & Ringstead Bay ?

Does anyone have any pointers to decent marks between Swanage & Ringstead Bay back towards the east of Weymouth?

Andyg and I have to fish a shore match on Saturday evening and it is a rover, so we have a big area to choose from.

Preferbaly any info on known marks that fish well on an evening/nightime Spring tide.

I going to me no help what so ever , but might be an idea to pm Portland Jon , as if I remember from our shore fishing day he fished the area quite alot
