| wheres good in cornwall hello wheres good in cornwall to catch some decent sized pollock? my record so far is a little over 2lbs and im looking to beat that! also i would greatly appritiate some other good hotspots not just for pollock but other species! cheers in advance |

| Re: wheres good in cornwall i had a wonderful time whilst on holiday last summer on newlyn pier,i would recommend it to anyone, floatfishing during the day we had mackies,gars,scad,pollack,coalfish,bream and wrasse,it really was a nice venue,and its free. |

| Re: wheres good in cornwall ive fished at newlyn harbour and had pollock and wrasse mainly small if you want big pollock try trevose head in summer very good spot for big pollock !! |

| Re: wheres good in cornwall I'd agree with Pentewan. There's a report kocking around on here from last year. May and the beach was alive with sandeel during the low part of the moonless night tide we were there. Not a lot was being caught though. Mevagissey looked like a good spot but didn't fish it, there is a tackle shop on the harbour wall though so they might be worth a call. __________________ Just remember, not all the heroes died. www.helpforheroes.org.uk |
