| where to go sea fishing from manchester hi this is my first post last season me and a few friends went from colwyn bay on a 5 hour trip mainly we caught mackrel lots of it for bait and then went over to a small wreck - after catching nothing there we moved again and was only catching dog fish and bullous (sp) the catch was a let down but we really enjoyed the day we are looking to do the same in the next few weeks wondering where is good to fish driving no more than a coule of hours from manchester hull? never been has anyone? fleetwood? ![]() |

I would suggest probably going towards the Bristol Channel if its within your range..the fishing is far superior to anywhere else on the north west coast..
