Trip to Weipa.

I am planning a trip to cape york in June July.

planning on stopping in Weipa for a few days fishing, we will be taking our 3.8m tinny and hope to spend some time fishing the estuaries for salmon and jack and if the weather is good fish the inshore reefs and chase sports fish.

I am hoping some one on forum may have some helpful information on the area to give us a head start i would appreciate any information i can get and eternally grateful.
