| Timing Your Salmon Fishing http://fishing.fuelspace.com/salmonrun.php has an interesting flash document that gives tables showing the proportion of salmon arriving in British Columbia fishing areas each week. For example, a table in the document may indicate that on average 0.15 (15%) of the sockeye run in Johnstone Strait arrives during the 3rd week in June. The tables are located in the second half of the document. And in order to figure out which fishing area is which, you have to use the ZOOM slider to get close ups of the map that appears near the beginning of the document. Then you can see that Area 12 is Johnstone Strait and that Area 29 is the Fraser River, etc. __________________ Fishing News |
